Welcome to Orbit Design Lab. By visiting our pages and ordering products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, catalog views, and interaction requests within the Netherlands and abroad.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, 3D renderings, brand concepts, and textual documentation displayed belong exclusively to Orbit Design Lab. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Design Specifications

Because our Space Age products utilize premium acrylic polymers, fiberglass, and polished metal finishes, minor variations in reflections, coloring patterns, and micro-bubbles in acrylic materials may occur. These are characteristic elements of hand-finished, high-gloss space age furniture.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal claims, disputes, or actions arising from the use of our services or products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

5. Changes to Terms

Orbit Design Lab reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon public posting.
